Commis Chef

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Commis to join our team and assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail, as well as an understanding of health and safety regulations. The Commis will be responsible for following recipes, preparing ingredients, plating dishes, and ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Assist in the storage and rotation of food items.
• Clean kitchen equipment and utensils.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
