Project Coordinator
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Due to our expansion, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to help the Directors and Senior Management in order to open and create new children's regulated homes as well as Supported Accommodation.
The right candidate will be a talented individual who will responsible for developing Serenity Specialist Care.
This is an exciting concept with the prime aim to give the business greater control in increase their provisions. The post will lead/assist in major engagement & consultation exercises to establish the right property in the right area, recruiting a staff team, project managing the homes from concept to completion/registration as well as providing support post registration.
You will be self-motivated, task orientated with a passion to succeed, have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, tact, and diplomacy alongside proven project management experience. The post will be varied.
A flexible attitude to working hours is required. If successful, there is the opportunity to develop your career in this new and expanding field. An excellent support network is available.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Β£25,000.00 per year
