Health Care Assistant

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

· Follow clients individual care plan
· Assisting with their personal care needs – toileting, bathing, dressing, changing
· Assisting with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, being mindful to maintain nutritional and cultural needs
· Prompting or Assisting with medication
· Light domestic household tasks; laundry and general tidy up
· Taking client out in their local community
· Providing compassion and support to the client

Individuals qualities must include:

• Compassion, patience, hardworking and caring
• Good communication skills, written, verbal and listening skills
• Commit to regular (flexible) hours
• Respect values, equality, diversity and rights
• Drivers with a UK or European license (Preferred)

Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to caring role, all carers must wear gloves, aprons, mask. PPE will be provided to all successful candidates.

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
