Construction Supervisor - Alwyn

Role Overview & Responsibilities

PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join the team on the Alwyn on a permanent basis. The Construction Supervisor is accountable for the performance of all construction (and supporting vendor / AIC) activities on the offshore installation, to be performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specified procedures.

Details/duties:

• KPI reviews with site planner and team leader
• Prepare work instructions/technical work packs
• Compile work packs and identify and resource material requirements
• Implementing construction works on all asset equipment offshore in a safe and competent manner
• Monitor and control the weekly site plan
• Carry out:
• Toolbox talks
• Risk assessments
• Work permits
• Isolation/de-isolation of plant
• Pre-job site checks
• Input into shutdown planning process
• Required resources for execution works (materials/vendors etc.)
• Execute shutdown workscopes
• Raise SAP notifications / resourcing work orders (Unisol)
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning checks
• Ensure process plant conforms with controlled documents (follow up / as left, as built activity
• Carry out daily/weekly checks, including management of plant and equipment
• Monitor and report on daily activities, including backlog

Qualifications/Experience required:

• Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
• ISSOW, eVision (electronic PTW), Unisol (SAP)
• Working at Height
• Use of Mechanical drawings
• COSHH, Mechanical Awareness, Environmental Awareness, ISSOW Performing Authority, HSE Awareness, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment CBT
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
