Private Healthcare Reception Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to be our very first Reception Manager for our new private GP division!

You will have full ownership Front of House at a leading health club and play a leading role in ensuring our patients and GP's are delighted with our service.

Hybrid working onsite and from home

Key Duties:

• Co-ordinate/Manage all aspects of the patient journey.
• Promote SYGP services to patients in an engaing way as appropiate
• Addministrative tasks within practice management system inlcuding booking follow-up appointments, updating medical records, referals, test results etc..
• Support the GP's on site in ensuring their clinical room is set up correcectly to provide a first class service to our patients

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• private healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
