Role Overview & Responsibilities

General Catering Assistant – Go Ahead London

Location - Tottenham

Hours – 16 - 22 per week

Days of work – 2 days per week to include alternate Saturdays

Hours - weekly rotation 8 am - 2 pm | 11:30 am - 5:30 pm

Hourly rate - £11.95

Then Seasoned, the award-winning caterer with over 30 years’ experience in the industry has the role for you.

The venue will operate 7 days a week encompassing breakfast, lunch, hot snacks, homemade bakes and afternoon teas all prepared fresh on site from local suppliers with freedom and scope to write your own menus.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the chef with general kitchen duties
• Assist with the day to day operations of all catering services, to produce food that is to the required standard
• Excellent customer service during customer interaction
• Operation of the till, processing card payments
• Adhering to all Health and Safety Legislation including Allergens and Natasha’s Law
• General cleaning duties throughout the day

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ catering experience
• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
• Allergen Certificate
• The ability to work under pressure and stay calm
• To work within a team
• High standard of personal hygiene
