Trainee Resourcer / Candidate Consultant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a resourcer and happy to consider a trainees.

We are working closely with a Healthcare Recruitment Business who are due to demand looking to grow their candidate attraction team. This role involves working very closely with consultants and sourcing suitable candidates for complex care packages ie support workers and nurses. This role is purely a sourcing role so you would be involved in tasks such as cv searching, advertising, interviewing, headhunting and looking at ways of attracting suitable candidates.

The roles that my client work on vary depending on client needs, they are really complex so making sure the candidate care is there is key. We are looking to hire someone passioniate about providing the best service and paying attention to detail and making sure all needs are met for the job.

This is a fast pace recruitment environment and you will by very key to the role.

You must have a interest in supporting, encouraging candidates to find work. This role will give you so much satisfaction if you enjoy matching the right candidates to the right opportunity.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
