Lab Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Scottish Denture Clinic is a successful, state of the art dental laboratory located close to the city centre of Edinburgh and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our small, friendly team.

Full training will be provided to assist in the administration duties in order to support the laboratory.

This role consists of -

• Opening and checking cases upon arrival
• Communicate with dental surgeries regarding their patient appointment dates.
• Liase with patients by telephone and book in consultation appointments
• Support our dental technicians in preparation of making the dental appliances

Desired Skills:

- Experience within in admin role would be advantageous as would dental experience. May suit a dental technician or dental nurse looking to change their career path.

- Have excellent spoken and written English.

- Have at least basic IT and Microsoft skills.

- Have great attention to detail.

- Be a motivated quick learner.

- Able to work independently and within a team.

Position is available for part time only - Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
