Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a pub group in the High Wycombe and surrounding areas in which are now looking for it's next set of trainee managers.

Post covid our company has gone from strength to strength with determined, deep thinking individuals leading a team successfully achieving excellence in its industry.

In the last year alone we have successfully trained and developed numerous individuals into successful venues managers. Our managers are the heart and soul of our team. With venues hosting live music, comedy nights and much much more you get to run your venue as your business.

We are now on the look out for trainee managers. You will have a full training scheme, get to work closely with a manager at one of our venues. You will upon successful interview process be an assistant manager straight away. Your venue manager along with operations manager be equipped with a full range of skills including food and drink service, events management & how to effectively lead a small team.

Your role will be progressive and you may have to work at more than one venue based your skill set. We offer a range of company benefits and aim to equip you with transferable skills in an ever changing hospitality industry.

The starting salary for this role is 20 - 23k per year based upon previous experience. You will have pay reviews quarterly and will be given performance related bonus targets.
