Restaurant Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Satyrio is looking for an experienced, organized restaurant manager to join the team. Energy and a solid attitude are crucial for this role as a key part of management, and working closely with the GM you’ll support our FOH team to make sure we’re delivering a brilliant experience for all our guests.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum 3 years’ experience leading a high-quality restaurant
• Knowledge of Italian food, drinks, and wines
• WSET (level 2 minimum) and/or AIS Diploma
• Solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
• Strong business, organisational and analytical skills
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Right to work in the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
