Corporate Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Corporate Operations Manager to join the operational leadership team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.

This is a unique opportunity to support the corporate operations team in the delivery of key improvement programmes in line with our organisational strategy and values, focussing on care quality, urgent and emergency care, and elective performance. A priority will also be preparing to move into the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, the operational leadership team will be supporting readiness for go live and your role in this will be crucial.

You will need to demonstrate experience of effective administrative management for senior leaders, successful coordination of projects, knowledge of clinical services, possess strong organisational skills and time management with a proven track record of delivering results.

As well as having the relevant experience you must be resilient, with a strong work ethic and the ability to build effective working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues across the organisation.
