We’re a family run Italian establishment and our passion for the produce of our home region of Campania in Italy is behind everything that we do. We currently have a site in the Northern Quarter and a site in the Corn Exchange.

We have opened up our third site in the popular, up and coming Deansgate Square development. We are looking for a team of confident, experienced and enthusiastic individuals who are pro-active and will represent the Salvi's brand to the highest-level.

We produce and expect an extremely high standard of food and service. We would like someone who has a can-do and positive attitude. You must be able to handle a fast-paced high-pressure environment and especially at the restaurant’s busiest times.

It is Salvi’s 10th anniversary this year and working for such a successful and renowned restaurant chain within Manchester will give you an amazing experience and opportunity in a highly respected establishment.

Job description

Bartender:

- Be responsible for the seamless running of the bar operations.

- Deliver an outstanding guest experience.

- Ensuring you are fully trained and up-to-date on any new products and offers etc we have in the bar.

- Making sure we are fully stocked on all products so that we do not run out.

- Handling any queries or complaints from customers.

- Seeking out and maximising revenue opportunities.

- Actively encourage a culture of high standards throughout the entire team.

Waiters:

- Responsible for the seamless running of the restuarant.

- Deliver an outstanding guest experience.

- Have a pro-active approach towards your job role.

- Be confident in working in a high-paced and fast restaurant environment.

- Handle any customer queries or complaints with confidence!

- Be fully trained on all of the restaurants products and services.

- Seeking out and maximising any revenue opportunities.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Someone has had previous work in running a fast-paced bar environment.

- Someone who has a keen eye for service and standards.

- Charismatic and energetic and proactive!

- Someone who has an understanding of what the market desires.

Previous bar/waiting work is necessary.

We need staff to be fully flexible and be able to work weekends.

Free staff meals.
