Production Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our thriving chicken processing facility with opportunities to grow within the factory.

Duties include:

- To correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in any area of the factory.

- To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours, wearing the Company PPE correctly at all times

- Produce each product to specification

- Packing customers orders

- To ensure that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to

- All procedures and policies issued during training and Induction are adhered to

- Processing raw chicken to customer specifications

- To meet targets set by management and the customers, i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste.

- To work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues, Supervisors and Management staff

Shift Pattern:

· · Working week will be Tuesday to Saturday.

· The new shift times will be:

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3pm to 10.30pm.

- Friday 3pm to 10pm.

- Saturday 9am to 5pm.
