Support Worker - Fareham & Southampton

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client a Supported Living service in Hampshire (Southampton, Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester), provides care and support for young residents with learning difficulties and autism.

We are working very closely with them to provide day and night support workers to join their growing team.

To be considered for this Support Worker position you should have the following:

Min 6 months experience in a similar environment

We are looking for individuals who have the right values that can also be trained and supported delivering care and support to transform the lives of those you support

You will be expected to

Support everyone differently to their individual needs.
Be involved in a range of duties from supporting people, carrying out checks as well as light cleaning duties.
Support and encourage with personal care, such as showers and baths.

Shift patterns vary from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am.
