Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a sales consultant who will be a motivated, efficient, well organised, and reliable person looking to join our team for a long-term career in the property industry. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and see them through to exchange and completion.

An opportunity for a part-time sales progressor who will be responsible for progressing a chain, keeping all parties updated, whilst providing excellent customer service at the same time.

You will need to be organised and thorough, with a clear understanding of the home moving and contractual process. You will be responsible for liaising with clients on the progress of their sale, ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of target timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.

Previous residential sales experience is essential, needing a track record as a sales progressor or perhaps a sales negotiator, looking for a part-time role. Experience in conveyancing or mortgages may alternatively be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
