Role Overview & Responsibilities

Leisureways is a family business situated just outside Rotherham Town Centre, and is the area’s leading Motor Factor, supplying car parts to both trade and retail customers for over 60 years. The store has recently undergone extensive renovation and investment.

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking to employ a counter sales person to join our busy sales team.

The role entails serving customers on our retail / trade counter and answering telephone calls, using the latest computer database to correctly advise the parts required.

The suitable candidate must be able to communicate confidently with both customers and colleagues. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to work equally well as part of the team and develop your full potential as an individual.

Uniform is provided and you will be expected to keep a clean and tidy appearance at all times as a representative of our company.

Salary is to be discussed at interview and will be dependent upon experience and knowledge. A good knowledge of motor vehicle parts and components would be advantageous for this position but is not essential as training will be given.

Hours of work are:

42 ½ hours per week Monday to Friday and
Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as overtime)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
