Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our gentleman enjoys a walk out and about, he likes to visit parks and woods for a stroll, since lockdown this has been a challenge but he is now more ready to get out and about.

You would visit just one every other month just 6 times a year to suit you and him.

Our gentleman is in his 60's and is non verbal, staff would accompany you on walks to help support the role

By visiting every month you will be providing this gentleman with support and companionship.

For this role we ask that you are:
·18 or over
·Friendly and approachable
·Reliable and patient
·Able to use initiative
·Accepting of others who might be different to yourself
·Have good communication and listening skills

Job Type: Volunteer

Salary: £1.00-£2.00 per year
