As a Room Attendant you will be working within the within our 15 Basil Street Team, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive and fun team all collaborating and working towards tailor made guest experiences. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP, look after bedroom corridors and pantries on the allocated floor.
- Conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP.
- Handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP.
- Personalize the service to our guests by using guest history where possible.
- Greet our guests in line with our LQA Standards.
- Report any shortage of linen and follow up rejected linen procedures.
- Attend relevant departmental training sessions.
15 Basil Street is based in Knightsbridge, London SW3 1AX, and the closest tube station is Knightsbridge, on the Piccadilly Line.
