As restaurant manager we would require you to run a smooth and efficient shift, delivering a high quality service to guests. You will be expected to support and guide the front of house team, ensuring they uphold standards, while working harmoniously alongside the kitchen team.

Creating and maintaining a pleasant working enviroment for your team is imperitive, as we believe this is key to a good work life and leads to great service and a nice atmosphere within the restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:

Restaurant to be clean and laid ready for service.

Ensure all customers have the best experience.

Beverage and cleaning supplies orders.

Staff training and management.

Liase with other managers, directors and owners.

Sales reports, stock take.

Cash management.

Basic commerce management.

Writing menus.

Curate cocktail and drinks menus.

Customer relations; replying to emails, taking reservations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
