What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone to manage, produce, and publish all written marketing content around the business. Lead by example, acting as a resource for other members of the marketing team, as well as other internal team members. The role is essential for business growth, with a core focus on consistently producing high performing content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and write compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content strategy, including content creation, content optimization, and content distribution to ensure maximum engagement with target audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop content that is visually engaging and on-brand.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing of high-quality content across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO purposes to improve organic search engine rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to produce authoritative and informative content.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and meets brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Essential experience, knowledge, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to write for different audiences and channels
  • Experience with content marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Desirable skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
  • Experience with SEO and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CMS systems
  • IT/Computer literacy (particularly MS Word, Excel, OneNote, web-based systems)
  • Good grasp of IT concepts and topics
