DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Ringway Dental was taken over by award-winning cosmetic and implant dentist Dr Stephen Dodd in February 2021 taking the practice from strength to strength.

To accommodate this growth Ringway is seeking an enthusiastic, full time Receptionist- Front of house (dental experience desired but not esential).

The candidate will have excellent communication and people management skills and will care about providing a first-class patient journey.

The role will involve reception and coordinating patients through their patient journey, so the ideal candidate will be flexible and happy to transition between the two as needed

EXPERIENCE:

· Ideally some dental experience and qualified GDC registered dental nurse (not essential).

SKILLS:

· Professional and personable at all times.

· Skilled at building relationships with patients on the phone and face to face

· Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatments

· Articulate the benefits of treatment at Ringway Dental

· Motivated by achieving goals

· Organised, proficient multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES WILL INCLUDE:

· Managing clinicians' diaries – booking patients in and managing any issues that may arise.

· Presenting and explaining detailed treatment plans.

· Discussing pricing and payment options to the patient.

· Following-up and monitoring treatment uptake.

· Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice.

HOURS:

Monday: 8.15am- 5.15pm.

Tuesday: 8.45am- 6.15pm.

Wednesday: 8.45am – 6.15pm.

Thursday: 8.15am- 5.15pm.

Friday: 8.15am – 5.15pm

SALARY:

£11 to £13 per hour (based on experience and skills)
