Job Description

Right Care NW are recruiting for Home Care Assistants in Bolton, Wigan and Bury that are Compassionate, Caring people that want to make a difference. If you have experience or no experience, we will provide you with training and support to get you started.

As long as you have Empathy, Compassion and want to make a difference to people’s lives.

Requirements to Apply for Home Care Assistant / Care worker:

· Must have access to Own Transport with full UK Driving License

· Must be eligible to work in the UK

· Previous experience is desired but not essential as full training is provided

· Enhanced DBS check required

The Role:

Right Care NW ensure the promotion of physical and personal independence as well as choice in all activities, and help to provide a comfortable, homely environment.

Care Assistants will also attend to the personal needs of our residents – social, emotional and physical – which can involve helping them achieve things independently rather than doing it for them, promoting independent living.
