Sommelier- Sky Garden

We’re looking for a Sommelier or Wine waiter to join our brilliant team at Darwin Brasserie, atop the iconic Sky Garden.

In this role you’ll be working under the direction of the incredible Alex Pastrav, giving our guests the best experience possible.

As a Sommelier or wine waiter, you’ll need to have a good understanding of wine and the wine industry along with a thirst for knowledge and continuous growth.

Experience within a quality, high volume restaurant would be a huge advantage. We look for smart in-all-senses – serious on the outside but fun on the inside.
