Job Description:

Renovotec is the UK's fastest-growing barcode scanning and rugged mobile computer supplier supplying technology to all sectors of industry - Logistics, Automotive, Food, Ports, Construction, etc. throughout the world. Customers include Coca-Cola, Eddie Stobart, Morrison's, Jaguar Landrover, AO.com, and JD Sports amongst many others.

Due to a period of extended growth, we are currently recruiting for a Barcode Label Supplies Sales Specialist, working across our existing customer base to align and up sell media sales. The position is a companywide role, based from our Newton le Willows office.

The successful candidate will have existing knowledge and experience of print and supplies and will focus on working with our existing printer customers to understand where opportunities lie and to develop new print supplies business.

Job Summary

• To work with our existing print customers to establish their supplies requirements, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Work closely within the Sales Team to ensure High Value Customer expectations are consistently met.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions’ and by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• Provide technical information, explanations and prepare quotations

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant previous experience required in rugged print and supplies, telesales, telemarketing or customer services based role, ideally in the technology sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
