CAD Technician
Role Overview & Responsibilities
For the successful CAD Technician our client is offering:
- Up to Β£30,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- 22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Pension
- Company profit share scheme
- Ongoing company funded training and development
The Role - CAD Technician
- Making drawings, specifications and computer models of various machinery
- Liaising with clients and the workshop
- Using 3D modeling software
- Completing paperwork
- Drawing up and working with technical drawings
- Adhering to health & safety guidelines
What our client is looking for in a CAD Technician
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering BENEFICIAL
- Previous experience working with Autodesk Inventor BENEFICIAL
- Previous experience of CAD design for mechanical engineering/machinery projects
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent ICT SKills
