Role Overview & Responsibilities

They are a Dry Cleaning, clothes repair and alternation business who are looking for an experienced part time Tailor/Tailoress. They are also happy to consider a full time position for the right person. On offer is a competitive salary plus a monthly bonus scheme.

What we need from you as a Tailor/Tailoress

• 12 months tailoring experience
• Excellent customer services skills
• Good grasp of the English language
• Basic IT skills
• Familiar with till work (Although training will be provided)
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to drive (not essential)

Responsibilities and Tasks include:

• Tailoring of clothing brought into the shop
• Opening and closing of the shop
• Managing the tills
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and presentable
• Providing excellent customer services

Salary/hours: £12.50 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus scheme.

Working hours if full time: Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. Saturday working is shared between the staff. You will be given a day off in the week if working a Saturday.

Part time hours: 15 to 20 hours per week over 3 days (inclusive of a shared Saturday).
