Assistant Team Leader (Food production )

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Recruit Right are looking for several Assistant Team leaders to work for our prestigious food production client based in Bradford.

You will be working for a family run business in helping support there growth, nice friendly environment excellent career opportunity.

Day shifts Monday to Friday Would only be asked to work on Saturday morning if required through busy times.

7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Duties Below.

• Adherence to Company policies, Work, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
• Completing Return to Work Form for all illnesses / absence and ensuring their team are medically fit for work and reporting as necessary to the Production Supervisors
• Ensuring trace-ability, stock rotation and product specifications as per customer
• Communicating concerns or incidents relating to food safety, quality, H&S, welfare or anything else that could adversely affect the company to the team leader or production supervisor
• Proactive thinking for improvements to procedures, safety and working conditions.
• Reporting of production speeds, mistakes, problems and improvements to the Team Leader or directly to Production Supervisor
• Acting as Team Leader in their absence to run production unsupervised to meet production standards
• Reporting of production speeds, mistakes, problems and improvements to the Team Leader or directly to Production Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
