Operations Administrator - Full time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Phoenix Taxis are seeking a capable individual to work full time from our office in Blyth, Northumberland to manage the operations involving home to school transport within the company.

Duties will include:

Leading a small team of individuals working under you to provide administrative assistance to Local Authorities, taxi drivers and other staff working in this part of the business

Planning and coordination of operational activity across the home to school transport aspect of the business.

We would expect a successful candidate to have:

An history of working in an operations/admin background

You will be a proactive, innovative and highly organised individual, with evidence of successful development and implementation of policy, procedure, and change processes.

You will have a strong commitment to sharing best practice in a culture of continuous improvement.

Be able to work in a busy working environment.

Be available very occasionally to have to work outside of office hours as and when the need requires

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000.00 per year
