Warehouse/Forklift Operator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for warehouse operatives who are looking to gain new experience and learn how to operate forklift. This is to work for our large food production client based in Thatcham near Newbury, West of Reading. Free transport form Reading is provided.

Duties include, heavy lifting, palletising, using forklift to move stock. Updating stock levels.

Reach, counterbalance or bendi fork lift truck licences can be utilised ,previous fork lift experience will be an advantage. You will be working in a palletised warehouse environment, replenishing stock and transferring barrels between warehouses, so skill and care is essential. Products will be moved between warehouse and chiller so an element of working in cold condition but not at all times.

Working hours are 22:00-06:00

Sunday to Thursday

Pay rate is £15.05 per hour.
