Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and reliable branch cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling cash and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Conduct Foreign Exchange, Money Transfer, Cheque Cashing duties

• To ensure that all Company procedures, processes, and systems are followed and adhered to.

• To endeavor to meet and exceed the KPI performance targets set for yourself and each colleague, as directed

by the Company.

• Taking complete responsibility of the till, and working independently at all times while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;

• Prepare a record of your daily transaction;

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team

• For this particular role, we would prefer the candidates to speak fluent English and/or Urdu and/or Hindi and/or Bengali languages

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (OR) Banking / Financial sector Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Schedule:

• 8-hours shift

• Day Shift

• Weekend & Bank Holidays availability (Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends)
