The Role

Radius Security are currently recruiting SIA licensed Door Supervisors for Bars, Pubs, Restaurants & Night Clubs in key locations throughout North West England, specifically in Liverpool City Centre.

Successful candidates may be required to complete the following duties

· Identification checks

· Controlled searches

· Managing entry & exit points

· Incident reporting

· Capacity monitoring & management

· Collecting body-worn camera footage

· Administering first aid

· Dealing with local licensing agencies & local authorities

· Representing Radius and our clients in line with our company values and brand guidelines

The following are the minimum applicant requirements when applying for a role with Radius.

· A full valid SIA door supervision license

· Exceptional hospitality and communication skills

· Excellent time keeping

· Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written

· Adhere to strict uniform standards

Rates of pay will range from £12.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience, designated venue, and role.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• LIVERPOOL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
