Role Overview & Responsibilities
Do you have experience of using a sewing machine, embroidery machine or are from a textiles background?
We have an exciting opportunity for production assistants to work on the embroidery machines for a large, nationwide printing company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or have sewing machine experience. This is a full time position offering a permanent contract after a set temp to perm period.
Working within the embroidery workshop with an excellent team you will be responsible for, but not restricted to the following:

Working within the embroidery workshop with an excellent team you will be responsible for, but not restricted to the following:
Embroidering designs on to garments using industrial sized machines- Check the job is set up correctly prior to starting the embroidery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor equipment and embroidery quality
You will be a good team player, be willing to learn & have a good attitude towards work.
This position is for a brand new afternoon shift working 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday. Whilst you are training & learning all aspects of the role you will be required to work the morning shift which is 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
Due to the start/finish times & location you must have your own transport to get to & from work.
You will be paid a competitive Β£11 per hour.
