Role Overview & Responsibilities

Q Scaffolding is looking for an Office Assistant to join its small busy team based in Queens Park.

Full time, self-employed. Working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Salary starting from

£25k p/a

The role is varied, offering you the opportunity to gain experience with administration and customer service within a friendly and comfortable office environment. Full training will be provided.

The candidate will need to be able to prioritize and multitask; have a keen eye for detail and accuracy; be flexible and confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); willing to take on new tasks and assist colleagues as and when the business demands; have excellent phone manner with strong communications skills, both written and spoken English.

Duties:

• Providing general administrative support for the other team members
• Prepare estimates for the clients
• Answering phone calls
• Diary management
• Data entry
• Respond to the emails
