Account Trainee

Up to £28K DOE

Puro Accountancy are delighted to be working with a well-established accountancy firm based in Greenwich. Our client is currently searching for an experienced accounts assistant/semi senior accountant to join their expanding team. The role

• Preparing year end accounts for limited companies under FRS102 & 105
• Preparing personal tax returns
• Preparing VAT returns
• Bookkeeping duties
• Supporting the payroll department occasionally
• Liaising with HMRC
• General ad hoc duties

You will need

• Accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential
• Must have at least 12 months experience working in a UK accountancy practice
• Experience in a previous similar role is desirable
• Experience with a variety of accounting software’s is desirable
• A positive attitude and keen desire to continue working in practice!
