Role Overview & Responsibilities

This world-famous Talent Agency, who look after some of the biggest names in the Entertainment world and beyond, are looking for an Assistant to join and provide general support to the Music team. Providing general assistance to Agents and the wider team, this role will include scheduling meetings; managing rosters; managing contact and show lists; assisting the finance team; assisting on events; responding to enquiries; travel and Visa administration; covering desks in times of absence and ad hoc support as and when requested.
