  • Carry out regular audits on tracked property management activities
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to enable monitoring with a reduced burden on property managers and regional heads.
  • Provide support to the Quality & Compliance Manager in researching and collating complaint responses as required
  • Write process and procedure documents for divisional policies.
  • Act as liaison officer to external surveyors in the monitoring of sites managed by the company on their behalf.
  • Carry out monthly reviews and provide reports of sites where the company acts as both Client and Agent.
  • Update the in-house Datastation system with all reported incidents, follow up proactively and escalate when required to Head of Claims and Compliance.
  • To manage ad hoc projects, initiatives and events as necessary

  • You are enthusiastic, approachable and adaptable, able to deal adeptly with varied personality types
  • You strive to clarify in order to solve problems

Essential Skills
