Administration Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Please note, this is only a Friday job with additional hours for holiday cover.

We are looking for an administration assistant to join our team. The role will involve assisting the office manager and managing director with daily tasks such as typing quotations, ordering materials, dealing with correspondence, and general admin work relating to the rental properties and marketing.

The office is based in Worcester city. There is on-site parking available.

Duties include but not limited to:

HR
Filing
Making payments
General office tasks
Dealing with correspondence
Typing letters and quotations
Maintaining a clean & tidy work space
Dealing with tenant enquiries and queries
Assisting with the management and advertising of rental properties
Marketing - Updating the website and social media pages

Required:

Organised and methodical approach to work
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent typing skills
Must be able to commit to every Friday plus be flexible for holiday cover
