Role Overview & Responsibilities

Proove, the Neapolitan pizza restaurant is looking for a hard working & dedicated Kitchen Assistant. With the goal of serving the best wood fired pizzas, with the best ingredients and with the best service, we are looking for a passionate team who will bring personality, experience and values to their role. Using traditional Neapolitan methods to create the tastiest pizzas in the country, we strive for consistency of fantastic product. As a Kitchen Assistant you will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef.

The Role is in Leeds, LS7 2HR. You will finish around 11pm so please check commuting isn't a problem.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
