Construction HSE Officer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Proman is looking for a Construction HSE Officer for HS2 project in Rickmansworth.

Main duties:

• Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented. Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy.
• Lead in-house training with managers and employees regarding relevant health and safety issues and risks.
• Advise upon all health & safety matters and monitor compliance.
• Review of all Operational Procedures and working practices to minimise potential hazards, maximise safety and comply with all legislation.
• Site inspections, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Accident Management

Salary: £23.00-£25.00 per hour
