Site Supervisor(Construction)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading construction and civils company operating throughout Yorkshire and surrounding areas. As a result of continued growth they are seeking a Supervisor for their growing building division.

They operate within the education, residential, leisure and industrial sectors values upto £10m. Working closely with the Project Manager on the scheme to ensure delivery is both on time and within budget. My client is seeking someone from either a trades or education background and has experience with a main contractor.

The company have a solid reputation for quality and value, as well as an extremely high staff retention. They are a respected contractor that prides themselves on carrying their work out professionally and has a very strong reputation in the market.

You will ideally cut your teeth on this scheme with a view to been promoted to Site Manager on the following project. Requirements:

• Construction qualification or trades background
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experience working for a main - contractor.
• Self-motivated and professionally driven.
• Able to work on own initiative
• Full UK License

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
