Trainee Project Manager

Based: Northampton (possible hybrid after probation)

Salary £20-26k

Following on from successful contracts being awarded and the continued growth of the company our client is looking to take on a trainee project manager. The company is a dynamic forward thinking insurance building repair specialist, operating for 15+ years within the industry. We strive to provide our insurance clients with the best solutions and customer service putting us at the forefront of our game.

Full training will be provided. However, the successful candidate would ideally have

· good organisational skills,

· be able to clearly and effectively communicate their programme and scope of works to insurance providers, members of the team and trade professionals.

· They should be effective and delivering projects on time and on budget, and be solutions orientated.

We offer competitive rates of pay, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays on top increasing to 25 days each year up to the first 5 years of service. Company pension, Company vehicle, Mobile phone, Computer and IPad.

Salary 20-26K depending on experience.
