Graphic Designer

Please note this opportunity is to cover a 6-9 month fixed term period working 3-4 days a week.

At Procurement Leaders, our Events Experience team based in London specialises in bringing exciting industry awards and events to life for some of the most recognisable brands. We are seeking a talented mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team over a 6 to 9 month fixed term contract to help us capture the attention of our audiences through high-quality design. This role involves collaborating with other designers across a global team, as well as other departments within the company, to produce materials for a variety of channels, including digital and print.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Events Experience team to create visually compelling materials for industry awards and congresses.
• Develop creative ideas and visuals for a wide range of disciplines, including social promotions, event signage, print assets, logos and branding.
• Ensure that all design work aligns with appropriate brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Manage 2-3 design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Availability to communicate digitally during regular business hours over email, Slack and Zoom.
• Ability to work on-site at least one day a week.
• A strong portfolio showcasing event materials and social promotions.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional understanding of design fundamentals: composition, typography, color and unity.

Required Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Computer fluency using macOS.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
