We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team in at Woodthorpe Lodge in Chesterfield.

We are currently recruiting for a day Support Worker and a Night Support Worker to work in our 8 bed service. We are a warm, friendly staff team with a homely environment where we work and support people to live as independently as possible, ensuring we are contributing to people’s standard of living to live a fulfilled life.

We support people with a diagnosis of learning disability, Autism and mental health issues with day to day life skills and to engage in activities. You will also be expected to get involved in exciting activities outside of the home – our residents participate in day trips, charity events, fun community based activities and much more!

Whilst experience can sometimes be an advantage, it is not a necessity as we are looking for people that have an ability and nature to care for people and like to work with people to support them in improving their lives and that want a role that is both fulfilling and rewarding, and would benefit from working in a friendly and supportive environment.
