We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals with learning disabilities at Lansdowne Road in Ayelstone, Leicester.

Lansdowne Road is a 26 bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated mental health difficulties. The service has 4 houses within the building, to support adults who wish to be more independent and also for those who require additional support. The service supports adults to maintain their own level of personal independence through various life skills and chosen activities.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial.
