Job Title: Print Finishing Operator

The Printroom Group is a leading print company offering large-format and small-format digital print solutions. We seek an experienced Print Finishing Operator to join our team in Bracknell. The ideal candidate should have experience operating print finishing equipment such as the guillotine, hardback and softback binding, and lamination machines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate print finishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products, including books, laminated cards, and exhibition materials such as mounted boards, pop-up banners, and roller banners.
• Finish every job to the correct timescale and high standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Assist with other print production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating print finishing equipment such as the guillotine, hardback and softback binding, and lamination machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Signwriting experience would be a plus.

Working Hours: 9 am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (overtime as and when required)

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
