One of the world's best known SaaS companies would like to appoint a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the EMEA B2B Marketing Team. You need to be a proficient individual in Salesforce.com, Lead Routing, and Analytics with a strong analytical mind to build Salesforce dashboards for sales and marketing managers and bring funnel operation to the next level.

Salary £62,000 per year payable weekly through PrincipleHR

Hybrid role state of the art office in Shoreditch London

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the process owner for lead routing and delivery to sales
• Ensure that SLA's are kept for lead dispositioning and management
• Automate lead management processes wherever possible to reduce overhead
• Monitor bottlenecks and proactively resolve lead routing / upload issues
• Build Salesforce dashboards for sales & marketing managers
• Bring funnel operation to the next level, bringing over best practices

What you'll need to succeed:

• Work experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Operations, or interlinked functions, ideally in SaaS
• You must have planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong experience with Salesforce.com. Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
• Experience in data visualization. Salesforce dashboards/reports required, PowerBI is a plus
• Experience in Lead Management. LeanData certification is preferred
