PR & Influencer Assistant

Pretty Lavish continues to emerge within the fashion industry bridging the gap between high street and designer brands. Recognised for our sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear and more recently our sleek and modern bridesmaids collection. We strive to make luxury affordable by designing quality, timeless and versatile designs that can be worn day to night, season to season and loved for years to come.

As Pretty Lavish grows, we are looking for a passionate, hard working and humble individual to join us on this exciting journey in this role.

• Manage influencer emails and DM’s for gifting requests, processing and tracking gifting orders to weekly targets
• Maintain the influencer content library
• Support the PR & Influencer Manager in identifying suitable influencers to collaborate with that align with the PL brand
• Brief graphic designer to create look-books and send out to influencers on the affiliate program along with giftcards
• Support the PR & Influencer Manager on organising influencer shoots and events
• Support on brainstorming press stories and writing weekly product mailers
• Manage the social email account (filtering through incoming collabs emails and sending potential collabs to the PR & Influencer manager for approval)
• Follow up with influencers who haven't posted and track parcels that haven’t been delivered
• Send gifts to affiliate influencers on birthdays and special occasions
• Researching and reaching out to brands for monthly social media giveaway collaborations
• Reaching out to influencers and customers to get consent for resharing content

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Passion for and knowledge of influencer marketing
• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong team player with positive can-do attitude
• Great copywriting skills
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
