Creative Content Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you an independent freelancer who loves creating content? We have a golden opportunity for an experienced creative content manager part-time, who can assist with website content, social media and other marketing tasks. You will be working across two accounts; Prestigious Venues - the world’s leading luxury venue network and Virtual Piano - the largest online music engagement platform.

YOU ARE:
- An expert in the English language both written and spoken
- Excellent at taking feedback and revising your work as many times as needed
- Creative and you can communicate effectively and articulately
- Responsible, taking the initiative to spot issues, suggest and implement solutions
- A multitasker and natural at managing multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Efficient with excellent organisational skills and great at managing your own time
- Familiar with technologies such as Photoshop, Google Drive, WordPress and MS Office
- Reliable, trustworthy and above all a good person

THE JOB:
- Creating and posting high-quality content for the website
- Creating social media content and scheduling it on different channels
- Assisting with inputting and processing new enquiries
- Responding to incoming emails, forwarding them on as appropriate
- Newsletter and database assistance
- Monitoring and reporting on existing online campaigns
- Managing internal assets and filing/sorting as appropriate
- General administration

FLEXIBLE REMOTE WORK: Estimated 4 - 5 hours per day for 5 days per week, with the flexibility to do more or less from home.

FEE: The annual fee for this part-time job is $20,000 USD + Bonuses for outstanding work. The fee is based on timesheets showing the number of hours worked and tasks completed.
