Role Overview & Responsibilities

Prestige Motor Co are a family run business selling quality used cars. We are currently have a opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated individual with a passion for providing a high level of customer service. The position has challenging roles where you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what it is that they want and need.

We require someone from a retail/customer service or sales environment with a good track record of high achievement and meeting targets. You will also pride yourself on your knowledge and interest in the products we sell.

Over and above the base salary you will have commission paid on product or service sold.

At Prestige Motor Company we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Edinburgh Sighthill branch.

Hours

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

About the role

As a Prestige Motor Company Customer Service Manager/Advisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring all our customers receive a high level of support if and when there is an issue with their purchase.

This position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in an active, physical role, has meticulous attention to detail and is a fantastic team player.

Day-to-day duties

• Manage customer complaints and issues.

• Keeping track of sold and stock vehicles.

• Working with our service team to keep the customers updated with progress on their car.
• Completing a daily record of work completed.
• Other duties to support the branch as required.

Essential skills

• High level of attention to detail.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work as part of a team.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to participate in training programmes.

Customer service experience is preferred, but training can be provided for a candidate who demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and the other required criteria.

Employment within Prestige Motor Co is offered subject to satisfactory reference.
