Concierge

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity at Premier Estates for a Concierge/Receptionist in one of Sheffield’s most prestigious and sought-after city centre, residential addresses. You will report to the Development Manager and form a key part of the development. This is a casual role, hours as required. Shifts are from 7pm to 7am, 4 on 4 off.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating an excellent first impression for residents, clients and visitors
• Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services as required
• Liaise with contractors to provide access to the development and apartments
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure the development is safe
• Monitoring of fire equipment to ensure safety of residents and the development
• Review/Monitor of CCTV
• Dealing effectively with complaints, taking the correct action
• Taking appropriate actions in the event of an emergency
• Light administration tasks
• Represent City Lofts & Premier Estates in a professional manner with a high standard of personal presentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy to be a keyholder
• Previous experience of reception/ concierge works and a friendly, helpful and polite demeanour is a must.

Salary: £20,500 - 23,000.00 per year
